1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Quantilence APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are accepting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.
2. Permitted use
You may use the APIs only for lawful purposes in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Prohibited uses include circumventing rate limits, reselling API access without authorization, processing illegal content, or using our APIs to discriminate unlawfully.
3. API quotas and billing
Your plan determines your monthly request quota. Overage charges apply as described in our pricing documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that misuse the service or violate these Terms.
4. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The APIs are provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Our liability is limited to the amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
